The day begins with pickup from your hotel in Tirana, Durrës, or Golem in an air-conditioned van or coach, with passengers asked to be ready 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled time. The route heads south with a pass-by stop at Tepelenë before continuing toward the coast.
The longest stop of the day, with around 3 to 4 hours of free time in Ksamil, known for its white sand and turquoise water framed by small islands just offshore. This is the main swimming and lunch stop; food and drink are not included, so most travelers eat at one of the beachfront restaurants.
From Ksamil, the tour continues to Saranda for around an hour, with time to walk the seafront promenade, take photos of the bay, and catch views across the water toward Corfu. The guide shares background on the city's Greek, Roman, and Ottoman history along the way.
The final stop is the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër), a deep freshwater spring in a forest setting whose true depth has never been confirmed by divers. There's around 2 hours here, reached via a short walk or an optional paid mini-train; the entrance ticket itself is not included in the tour price.
